The WLHA Board is pleased to inform you that on October 17, 2014 the Court
ruled on Defendants’ (WLHA) Motion to Dismiss, and Judge Cain has granted the
dismissal.

Waconia Landing is located in Waconia, Minnesota at the corner of Country Road 10 and Waconia Parkway. The association is comprised of approximately 135 custom built homes. Each homeowner has deaded access to the association's private beach and day dock.
